Reclaim Your Life: Overcoming the Impact of Trauma
From pain to power: we walk beside you on your healing journey.
Trauma can result from many life experiences — whether it’s emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, a serious accident, loss, chronic stress, medical trauma, or other overwhelming events. Left unaddressed, these experiences can quietly impact how you think, feel, and connect with others.
Trauma doesn’t always come from a single, life-altering event. It can also arise from ongoing experiences that may seem small on the surface — like feeling dismissed, unheard, or lacking steady emotional support. These “little t” traumas and attachment wounds can quietly add up, shaping our sense of self and safety in the world. Over time, their impact can be just as profound as a major traumatic event. Healing means acknowledging these experiences with compassion and knowing that the pain you carry is real, and worthy of care.

EMDR, The Still Way
At Still, EMDR isn’t a protocol—it’s a pathway back to wholeness. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain and body reprocess distressing memories so they no longer carry the same emotional charge. But we take it a step further. The STILL Method™ weaves in nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles—an approach that honors all parts of you with compassion and curiosity. Our therapists are somatically and IFS-trained, guiding you to not only reprocess the past but to restore balance, safety, and connection in the present. For those engaged in deeper trauma healing, we also offer Ketamine-Assisted EMDR, combining the gentle neuroplastic opening of ketamine with the structured reprocessing of EMDR to support profound release and integration. Grounded in science and guided by presence, The STILL Method™ of EMDR helps your body remember peace, your mind find clarity, and your spirit begin to rest.
